This is episode 44 and today I’m here with Desirae Endres talking about habits.

Desirae is a mom, wife, host of the minimal-ish podcast, and a former classroom teacher turned work at home mom. Her goal is to give women the tools they need to dive into the version of realistic minimalism that fits their family best and to live more intentionally, focused on what matters to them.

Environment: We talk about what things we have set up in our environment to support our routine.

Reflections: We speak to some reflections between our morning and evening routine.

Direction: We discuss how hard it feels when we don’t move in one direction.
